Keep Diversity Alive Through Networking

Below are just a few comments participants made about the "Unthink" Networking: A Dialog in Diversity event:

"Awesome!" "Phenomenal!" "Great!" "Engaging!" "I look forward to having more events like this!" "At most networking events I'm trying to get something from someone, this one made me give of myself." "You made me 'unthink' how I will network in the future."

 Fifty participants attended from over 15 companies in the Louisville area. We had a great turnout from Toyota, ADP, Humana, and Kindred.....just to name a few!

Based on previous participant feedback, the forum was dedicated completely to networking. Often networking doesn't last beyond the event. The interaction is not long lasting or meaningful. We challenged participants to "Unthink" networking by developing a deeper interaction through a dialog in diversity. The event exceeded expectations and set the bar the future diversity forums in 2010. Please see the attached pictures of the event and the "Unthink" Networking activity.
