Debra’s career began at General Motors. She joined Brown-Forman in 1995 as a Manager in charge of training, was promoted to VP of HR and then led the Leadership and Organization Development function until she left in 2005. She later started her own business, New Seasons LLC. In April, 2011, Debra joined LG&E-KU as the Manager of Diversity Strategy. Debra is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Louisville, a Leadership Connector and was voted “Most Admired Woman Business Owner” by Today’s Woman magazine.
