Raylene Pollio

Raylene Pollio is a Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Brown-Forman Corporation. She manages the company’s Employee Resource Group efforts which include groups for women (GROW), African Americans (SPLASH), LGBTA (PRIDE), Latinos (COPA), Veterans (BRAVE), Boomer Generation (SAGE), Generation Y(Young Profesionals), and non-drinkers (SPIRIT). She is a Cornell certified advanced diversity professional and conducts training on topics such as unconscious bias, generational differences, respecting differences, communicating across cultures, and more. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in Learning and Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
