La Toya Smith

La Toya Smith is a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at Brown-Forman. She is responsible for building the internal infrastructure for the supplier diversity initiative (process, training and orientation), providing strategic and administrative support for three employee resource groups (black, women, young professional groups), delivering diversity training and assisting with the metrics to our diversity programs.
