Board Members

Earnie Woodard

Earnie Woodard, Asst. General Manager at Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Kentucky.  He is responsible for all areas (Engineering, Production and Maintenance) of the automotive process for Body Weld Shop.

Earnie joined TMMK in 1990 and served as a quality engineer in the Powertrain plant.  He was promoted to Manager in 1996 and was responsible for all quality engineering functions within Powertrain.  In 2000, he rotated to Body Weld as a manager over production engineering and manufacturing areas.  In 2013 he was promoted into his current position and also was assigned as Self-Reliance Leadership role for Body Weld Operations in North America.

Before joining Toyota, Earnie worked as a supervisor of Borg Warner Automotive and graduated from Purdue University with a degree in mechanical engineering.  Earnie’s community involvement includes serving as board of directors for Business Diversity Network of Kentucky, based out of Louisville.

Earnie currently resides in Georgetown, KY with his wife and their two children.  He enjoys racing dirt stock cars, swimming laps and running 5K’s.
